STORE POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing during peak times like holidays, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping domestically.

Processing and delivery times may be longer due to unforeseeable circumstances or high volume of orders.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description. Orders containing a pre-order item and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date.

If you are in the area PICK UP is available, you will receive an email within 1-3 hours of placing your order for pick up instructions. All pick up orders will be held for 5 days, items can then be shipped at your expensive.

Items can be returned or exchange IN STORE ONLY for full refund if never worn with tags. You have 3 days to return never worn items for full refund. We DO NOT accept worn items back!
